Brie and Beyond: Intro to Bloomy Rinds

If you have a soft spot for soft cheeses, this class is for you! Soft ripened, mold ripened, surface ripened — all of these terms are used to describe the category of cheese we call “Bloomy Rinds.” It includes cheeses like Brie, triple crèmes like Brillat-Savarin, a ton of soft goat cheeses, and many more. Bloomy rind cheeses offer so much variety and variation, we’re devoting an entire evening to tasting and talking about eight different examples of these unique and delicious cheeses. You don’t need to have taken any of our other classes to enjoy this class. Brie and Beyond is an introductory level class designed for the cheese beginner looking to learn a little more.
