Love gouda? Who doesn’t!? We’ve selected the most fantastic goudas we could find to study this sweet and savory style of cheese. And are you equally enamored with blue? If you are, this is the class for you! And if you’re not already a full time blue fan, this is your chance to become one! In this class we’ll explore (and taste!) 4 different examples of goudas, and 4 different examples of blue cheeses. We’ll fill you full of cheesy info, talk about what makes each of these cheeses special, and then taste and discuss their flavors. This introductory level class is packed full of fun cheese facts and big, bold flavors.
